Uma pesquisa feita em 2018 pela PwC, chamada Global Consumer Insights, com 22 mil pessoas, de 27 países, das quais mil são do Brasil, mostrou que 41% dos consumidores brasileiros ouvidos já realizam compras por smartphones e 30% via tablet – há cinco anos eram 15% e 25% respectivamente.
Como adaptar o site para qualquer tela?

Quando um site não é responsivo, o consumidor até consegue acessar por dispositivos móveis, mas o tempo de carregamento de imagens é muito grande, ou não abrem por completo, os textos ficam difíceis de serem lidos ou os links ficam muito próximos. Ao construir um site para diversas telas, o layout de imagens e cores é reformulado, as ferramentas de acesso a conteúdos (links) são melhor dispostas, a fim de evitar que o usuário clique em algo que não queria. Tudo é pensando para uma experiência perfeita na navegação. Existem também site mobile, com conteúdo pensado exclusivamente para acesso pelo celular. A tendência é ser “mobile friendly” e assim garantir melhor rankeamento em motores de busca, como o Google.
